As the principal, I have worked in agencies ranging from small boutiques with 150 properties to large conglomerates, where I managed up to 455 properties under my direct management.
 
We employ targeted marketing tactics to potential tenants who would look after your investment. We have built an extensive database and natured referral relationships with past and present tenants. As such, our first point of call is to reach out to this wealth of contacts and present your property. 

We also have working relationships with instrumental house companies and governmental agencies, benefiting from various house schemes from local and federal governments.

1. Minimum 1-year lease.
2. 4.5% to 5.5% Return on investment dependant on market forces.
3. Competitive 6.6% per week rate
- full-service management fee 
4. 1.5-week letting fee Neg (Payable when rented)
5. $350 Advertising. ( Payable at Start on Campaign )
6. Stress-free handover process

Our investors do not pay for mandated requirements in an agency license requirement. Our very competitive management fee includes property management functions (i.e., routines, exit and entry reports, and all administration tasks).
