What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with people and hearing their personal stories. I am most passionate about reducing suffering in the world and working alongside people to help them achieve their best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own personal experiences led me to believe I have a role to play in the mental health field. I work with all clients to ensure the right support at the right time is available.

Yes. I offer face to face sessions, Zoom sessions and a blended delivery option.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated. I make sure I complete a RAT everyday and I proved bottled water to clients. I also make masks and sanitiser available to all clients.
