oh yeah! just finished my first boxing fit session. Abner is a great trainer. pushes just the right amount. this session really kicked my butt. i've had PT's in the past. one on one functional training with 12 reps x2 exercises then rest for 1 minute. this class is waaayy more intense than any PT sesh i've had. What inspired you to start your own business?
I really just wanted to help people improve their quality of life, to do something positive for people, serving the local community through my passion for fitness and health. Starting this business was truly a huge blessing!!!

Sanitation of all fitness equipment before ever session and have implemented direct funds transfer rather than cash payments.
Personal Training
Personal training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals such as weight loss, improve cardio fitness, fat loss and increase strength. Training systems available are H.I.I.T, Boxing, Kick-boxing, Functional Training, Plyometrics, Body Resistance and Free-Weight Strength Training. Rates start from $50 per session*
Team Training
Training sessions from Monday to Saturday a mixture of boxing and functional strength training sessions with a Coach in every session to ensure you reach your maximum potential. ONLY $55 weekly rate!
Nutrition Plan
Tailored meal plan to help you achieve your fitness goal. Feeding your body with the right fuel to get you through the day and primed for your workouts. General supplement advice with a balanced diet. Consultation Fee $60*
Fitness Assessment
This appointment is made every 28 days to assess your progress with your personal fitness goals. Full body-scan will be provided measuring your BMI, lean body mass, body fat mass, Visceral fat level and segmental analysis. $45* for the appointment.
