Picto was so great to work with! They were so organised and I didnt have to worry about them one bit. They always checked in at the right time and were available at any time of the day to respond to my queries.

On the day, our booth attendee (Daniel) was so kind and friendly. Our guests enjoyed his help and he would be very proactive. When it was almost time to pack up, it was very kind of him to come find myself and the groom and encourage us to use the booth before he finishes.

We hired Picto Events for their Photo Booth service for my daughters 1st birthday. The customer service, props and backgrounds to choose from and quality of the photos were all amazing. Also the fact people can send their digital files was so great, everyone loved it. I can not speak more highly of this company. From the very start to the end Picto went above and beyond. The communication was incredible, very precise, quick response time and I was never made to feel that any questions or concerns I had were ever a hassle to them. The night of the hire went better then expected, although there was a small hiccup with the backdrop we had chosen you worked in such a professional manner that the night ran seamlessly despite the hurdles that were put in your way.
Your customer service is second to none. The service we received on the weekend was incredible and we could not fault it. Our guests were very impressed and I have been told countless times that the photobooth was definitely the highlight of the night!
Thank you once again for making my sisters birthday memorable, you have definitely found a family that is now life long customers. We are already planning the next time we can use your services!
