WOW! just had my first clean with the girls, and I am BLOWN AWAY! the house is immaculate! I was literally telling them to stop because they had already gone above and beyond! Herbie was very friendly and did an excellent job pressure washing the concrete in my alfresco area Happy would be an understatement. plus to top it off, Beth and Jess are both lovely THANKS HEAPS GUYS!! 5 stars!! Jess and Beth are absolutely incredible! I get my house cleaned weekly by the girls and having just had a newborn baby they went above and beyond today to get my house back into order which has given me relief beyond words. From folding and putting my washing away for me, to neatly arranging my laundry, it was such a beautiful surprise come home to on top of our regular clean. Sharing on behalf of a friend who is now blocked!... Anyone ever come home after a "CLEANER" has been to find this I WON a voucher for Peace of Mind Bellerine cleaning and this is what i found. ..along with nothing more that the floors cleaned...shower un touched,cupboards not wiped down & dusting not down either...not sure what 2 girls did for the 1hr plus! So im annoyed because they have now BLOCKED ME for saying something in a private msg to owner..And now my warning to u all...is dont use this company if u actually want ur house CLEAN! More...

Cleaners arrived 15 minutes late for my first clean with no apology. Returned home after a 1.5 hour spring clean to find someone else’s cat/dog hair all over my floors. Floors were completely dry so I don’t believe the cleaners were there for 1.5 hours. Doors had dust all over the ledges still, toddler finger prints all over a glass internal door (doors apparently aren’t included in a spring clean), shelves had not been dusted, dining chairs has dust all over the frames, shower & bathroom floor still had marks on, mirror and artwork glass still had finger prints all over. Unsure what was actually done in 1.5 hours as the house felt dirtier than when I left. The owner offered for the cleaners to return and re do floors etc however I did them myself so I knew they were clean as my toddler has allergies and I didn’t want them returned. Very disappointed that the owner wouldn’t budge on the invoice either, expected full payment for a terrible job! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!! More...
