Fernando was soo helpful. Tried taking my phone to Samsung, felt like a was a nuisance, was quoted, reluctantly, for a new screen Note 9, was going to take weeks and then I remembered Mobicell. price was $30 cheaper, done in few hours. I had a strange issue afterwards wasn't making sense what was going on, took it back to Fernando, no fuss, very happy to have a look. Fixed the problem and all with a smile and the most helpful attitude. In my time at the store I saw Fernando interact with a number of clients and each one was treated with the same helpfulness and cheery attitude. Absolute scammers. I paid $250 for a screen that doesn’t even work!! The colour is terrible, there is a green hue to it, when I touch the screen to turn it on the colours take half a second to saturate. The saturation is terrible also. Cheap as hell Chinese screen. There is no touch anywhere near the edge of the screen, I can barely even close applications (swiping up from the bottom). Absolute rip off, I am livid! Do not go here, just take your phone to Apple and have peace of mind you aren’t getting ripped off. Absolutely sick to death of businesses such as this just doing as they please to make a quick buck. I can’t even sell my phone now to upgrade. Thanks for nothing. More...
