I would absolutely recommend Working with Myia. I was unsure of some things in my life and myself and working with Myia has change my way of thinking and doing things. I don’t second guess myself anymore. I am worthy of everything I put my mind too. Myia has taught me so many new things on how to get what I want out of my life. Myia Cleggett offers rapid transformation and she delivered this for me. I wanted to quit eating/drinking processed sugar. It is something I have struggled with for a long time and something that I could not overcome with will-power or following "industry-leading" programs. One session with Myia and I no longer desire processed sugar. I went to see an amazing Hypnotherapist who cleared my deep-seated negative, emotional blockages that had held me back for so long. Being on the receiving end of hypnotherapy and coaching has convinced me that there is nothing more powerful than this positive science-based, empowering support. It was life-changing.

I was the first to practice RTT in Perth and have been doing so since 2016. I have since attended a live ADVANCED training with Marisa Peer in December 2018. In 2018, I experienced an amazing training with Deepak Chopra himself (the Guru of Meditation and Mindfulness), at The Chopra Centre in San Diego California.

My most recent exciting Law of Attraction manifestation was meeting and, BEING INTERVIEWED LIVE by Jack Canfield who is America’s Number 1 Success Coach and the co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series with 500 million copies in print. Jack is one of the presenters in the iconic movie, The Secret, which changed my life. Jack Canfield is going to air the interview on his YouTube channel with 100,000 followers and his Facebook page, which has 1 million followers, in October of 2019!

I now work with people all over the world online and help them achieve transformational and life-changing shifts in their life on Zoom or Skype, which is equally as powerful as in person!

Yes I work on both Zoom & Skype as well as in person.

I choose to work online when there is a lockdown and follow Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Marisa Peer Method
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) embraces the many positive aspects of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, healing and NLP, that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. RTT is a new therapeutic approach, with a unique layering of techniques, which create new, positive neural pathways, while simultaneously removing old, unhelpful ones.

Our lives are spent in constant dialogue… and this little voice in our heads has a huge effect on our success, health and happiness. If it whispers positive, encouraging messages, then our lives can be full of blessings. Too often, however, this dialogue is negative. This is due to deeply ingrained subconscious beliefs we pick up as children, or even adults, that can cause emotional or physical problems later on. The mind has an enormous influence on our body, and will always do what we want, by following the images in our heads and hearing the words we say.

The best way to heal our problems is to change the dialogue, using one of the best methods available today – Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). The client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them. This leads to permanent, powerful change.

Marisa Peer, who designed RTT, has been voted Britain's Best Therapist. She has been made a Fellow of the National College of Psychotherapists because of her contribution to the world of therapy, and she has addressed the Royal Society of Medicine. She is passionate about making therapy easier and with faster and better results for everyone.
The first session is approximately two hours. It includes:

Consultation, Hypnosis, Regression – RTT, An Inspired Action-Plan, One personalized Hypnotic Recording for your ongoing use., One Coaching-call, approximately thirty minutes, to support, guide and inspire your progress.

The second session is approximately one and a half hours. It includes:

Clearing any residual negative energy if required and creating new compelling goals. You will have one new additional personalized Hypnotic Recording. An ongoing strategy for transformation.

Life Success Coaching
Coaching is the process of helping another person to access their internal and external resources and to utilize these resources to achieve the desired outcome that is in alignment with their highest potential. I specialize in empowering clients to understand their goals and to achieve their dreams. Solution-focused ideas help you to achieve your goals and live your life with joy, passion and love.

Coaching identifies the unique skills and capabilities already within you, enabling you to use your talents and gifts to the best of your ability. It focuses on your unique strengths, empowering you to succeed. I support clients to create shifts within themselves and transform their inner relationships so that they can move forward. First and foremost I feel that it is necessary to live and practice positive personal development skills and to maintain a positive mindset in my day to day life. Much of what I teach clients is through how I personally apply these principles.

I possess a strong curiosity and an ability to ask specific questions that will help clients explore the circumstances of their present life, and map a path to a future of their design. I create and maintain accountable environments in which clients can determine the next step towards their goals, celebrate achieving goals and make adjustments to more positive strategies. I give clients the support and acknowledgement necessary to help them overcome any self-sabotaging beliefs that could interfere with the achievements of their goals. My focus is on examining current values, goals and passions, discovering the future steps necessary to live these values more fully, achieve these outcomes and realize their dreams.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis works by putting you into a deep state of relaxation and focused concentration. Once the hypnotic state is induced, letting go of old negative beliefs and behaviours have been achieved, then positive suggestions are made to your subconscious mind to change perspectives, patterns, behaviours and capabilities. In essence, Hypnosis is a bridge to the subconscious mind. Once we have new desired outcomes filed in the subconscious, our conscious mind will access this updated or new information causing us to behave, think and feel in alignment with the new resources.

We utilize the fact that the subconscious mind has the ability to accept what it imagines as real.

Hypnosis is very powerful, by:

Using hypnotic regression to find the exact moment when you got stuck emotionally, physically or mentally and then release the negative feelings and behaviours

Installing mindsets of success, feelings of worthiness and thoughts of self-belief

Hypnosis allows people to tap into their unconscious mind and make positive changes to thought patterns, habits, or the effects of traumatic incidents that are having a negative impact, either mentally or physically.

Jackie Kennedy Onassis used hypnotherapy to let go of past tragic events, including her husband's assassination.

Princess Diana used hypnosis for public speaking and confidence

Bruce Willis used hypnosis to overcome stuttering

Orlando Bloom's mother called in a hypnotist to deal with Orlando's addiction to chocolate when he was a child

Sylvester Stallone used self-hypnosis to help him to write the script of "Rocky". He then used hypnosis daily to overcome over 900 rejections for his script. During each day of filming "Rocky", he used hypnosis tapes. "Rocky" became an overnight success!

Tiger Woods has his mental coach hypnotize him to block out distractions and to focus on the golf course. He has used a mind coach since the age of 14.

Albert Einstein was known to have his hypnosis sessions every afternoon. His theory of relativity came to him while maintaining one of these sessions

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro refers to the brain and thinking processes.

Linguistic referring to your words; the way you use language and how it influences you and those around you

Programming is your behaviour patterns and emotions, and the way you organize your ideas and actions.

NLP provides us with a set of guiding principles, attitudes and techniques that allow us to change, adapt or eliminate undesired behaviours, empowering us to choose our mental, emotional and physical state of wellbeing.

NLP is a solution and process-orientated modality that is based around getting a positive result as quickly as possible. NLP is a highly effective set of psychological tools for change, motivation, success, empowerment, influence, and communication.
