A great website is one that is in full alignment with that the brand stands for. From the visual styling to the experience it creates for the customers, all the way to the conversion that the brand is seeking. Visitors or users, would have ease in using the website, navigating through it and finding what they need. It also should do a great job at prompting conversion behaviors. Such as clicks, downloads, subscriptions, inquiries, transactions and the like. If the website's purpose is to turn audiences into fans, then it should do a great job at creating a delightful experience. If the website's job is to turn fans into customers then prompts and calls to action should be strategically placed and positioned all through out the website.

What does the brand stand for?
Who are the customers?
What kind of experience do we want the customers to have?
What behavior do we expect them to do when they are on the website?
Has branding been built and considered?
