What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business to be able to help people navigate through life’s ups and downs and to empower them to make lasting changes .

I am a mind body therapist with a background in kinesiology and energy medicine. I can help the client make lasting changes through getting to the root of the issue with resource therapy and trauma informed interventions.
