Q&As

I love helping people find their balance again, especially after life has knocked them around a bit.

After graduating with a Masters degree in Counselling, I knew I wanted to offer a suite of services (Depression, Bipolar, Bereavement) that wasn't being offered by any agency.

I am skilled, personable and optimistic that change is possible.

Services

Just diagnosed with a Bipolar disorder? Or know someone who has? I take you through just what Bipolar is and isn't, let you see what behaviours and thoughts are Bipolar or not, and help you manage your condition more effectively.

Feeling like you can't shake your depression off? Depending on the type of depression you have, I might have more than one tactic you can try to help see the sun again.

I’m here to tell you that there can be hope and growth in the face of death and loss, that there are possibilities, not finalities.

There are no right and wrong ways to deal with grief. Therapy can be helpful in making sense of the experience people go through when facing death or accompanying a family member or friend who is facing death.
