What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because it allows me to meet people who have either challenges or opportunities and use my considerable experience to help them to their next level. This is my objective; the foundation to which is the increasing situation with 'domestic violence and 'youth suicide'. I feel that too often these things are the result of stress, dysfunction caused by disagreements, often about money or how it is spent and that often is about 'too little' money. Through Personal and Business Coaching, mediation and Consulting, somewhere where we can achieve new ways forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a successful corporate career, I had a sense of wanting to 'do it for myself. My career previously covered finance, retail, insurance, wholesale selling, manufacturing, direct sales and more. I wanted to put all this experience to good use. In addition to my early business career, and my consulting and teaching (Advanced Diploma Management, Business, HR, Marketing and Project Management I also started from scratch for different businesses.

I have a very wide successful experience. I know how to listen. I want to work with you so we can develop your tomorrow together! We always gain an agreement on objectives and costs before we do anything. I work to become redundant - I don't ask for a contract, we work as long as we get results and we 'like each other'!

I live in Adelaide, Soth Australia. For most of my life, I have worked across Australia. Now with covid that is more difficult, so I use Zoom. I work 24 x 7 - that is, even when on holiday, I am accessible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Obviously when face to face, I have the appropriate cleanses available, equipment such as it is, is kept hygienically.
Coaching personal and business
We work from the philosophy that it is not possible to separate the two as the impacts of both, impact across. We work to establish clarity and identify those things negotiable in your current thinking, ways of going about your business/family life. We work to set up ground rules that form focus and easy implementation.

It happens that all kinds of behaviours occur and too often are not addressed, causing dysfunction, disconnection and lack of duty of care. This more often arises out of the absence of workable strategies, that is where we come into support develop and implement positive strategies, with you. We give a guarantee on the results provided our implementation is followed.
Recruitment and Placement
Recruitment occurs either through replacing somebody or initiating a new position. We work from the proposition that the need to get the job description right and expectations are paramount. We work with you to ensure the right person the first time and we give a guarantee of six months provided you follow our induction statement.
Placement. It may be that you’re looking to secure a new position and all above applies to this equally; including the guarantee, so long as we have access to you and your employer for the initial six months.
Mediation (personal and business).
The need for mediation arises often through a lack of ground rules set initially as well as ways to defuse disagreements or even where there is an agreement, some sort of quantitative result. From a cause-and-effect point of view, without judgement, we look to establish equal value amongst parties and then workable sustainable solutions for both. The potential for great financial and emotional loss is very real if the legal system at any level gets involved!
Having 'good will' is important BUT even when there is a sense of anger in the environment, just common sense should dictate, “Let’s find a way that doesn't either break us or send us broke”.
