What do you love most about your job?

With over 12 years experience focussing on HR and Recruitment I have helped hundreds, if not thousands of clients and candidates find their path or secure their future from both a personal and professional point of view. Building and maintaining relationships is the reason I work in a job that is all about people.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After 12 years of working in a corporate setting it was very obvious that a one-size fits all methodology is outdated and not a good way to manage business. Being restricted by geographical location was very hard for someone like me who forms and grows relationships everywhere I turn. I love having the opportunity to continue to learn and grow myself, by listening to my clients, and helping them identify their strengths and their opportunities no matter where they are located.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I follow all legislative requirements and remain up to date with state-by-state requirements in regards to travel restrictions and Covid-19 procedures.
