“After many years of hard work, I finally hit ‘pause’ and found the courage to face myself! For the past few years, I have been working in fast-paced environments, dealing with challenging and stressful jobs. I am an introverted person, and most of the time, I am very quiet. In a foreign country, sometimes it's even more challenging due to cultural differences. To improve my leadership skills, I decided to seek help from a coach. So I started my research but none of the coaches resonated with me. Living in a very turbulent macro and micro environment and juggling jobs, I became mentally, emotionally, and physically drained.
