What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret is not about the gear, it's about the interaction with my subject. Nobody likes having their photo taken and I'm told this every time I pull out my camera. My job is to make you relax, pose you confidently and in a flattering way and make you walk away having enjoyed the experience.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'd ask you - have you ever had a professional headshot before? Let's have a think about what to wear and ensure you are dressed in colours and a style that suits your business. Do you want to organise hair & make-up to ensure you have a polished image? What will you be using the images for ? Is it a new website? Do we need to chat with your marketing team about image requirements? Lots of questions so I can ensure we shoot the images you need.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part about my job is meeting interesting people doing such a wide variety of jobs. I love a chat and hearing about people's lives. I love making people comfortable and especially love it when they see their images and smile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as photography has always been a passion of mine and I wanted something I could manage around my three daughters. It's been a wonderful way to use my creativity, meet people and generate income to support my family.

Covid regulations are constantly evolving and I keep up to speed on the current guidelines. I am fully vaccinated.

Event photography for everything from bar-mitzvahs to industry functions, award nights and charity lunches, ensuring all the formalities and special moments are captured. High-res digital downloads are delivered usually within 48 hours via a private online gallery. Hourly rates apply. Full public liability insurance.
