We recently had to make a claim on the 10 year warranty, because some of the clear coat after 8.5 years started to break down. I admit I was a little worried because the roof restoration has had some negative publicity. We need not have worried with JMZ they were great to deal with and our warranty claim was verified and within 2 days we were told that our roof would be cleaned and recoated no charge under the 10 year warranty. The office staff and the guys that did th work were fantastic! and the roof looks great( best in the street) I have no hesitation in recommending JMZ to my friends and relatives! thanks JMZ More...
