A passion for coaching and helping people improve.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am unique in that I am the developer of a framework (Changefully) and an author, as well as an experienced professional. I have a history of working with elite athletes to facilitate high-performance and improvement in sport. My Changefully framework has also been successful in supporting people stop smoking, lose weight, improve relationships, pursue career goals and more.

Most of my services are conducted online via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
A shift to mostly online services, and providing a larger library of digital self-support resources.
