😀John came at 10am the day after Boxing Day after I left a message on his web page the night before. How good is that? He worked out the exact spot where my drain was blocked. We made arrangements to fix it a couple of days later. His people came on time, in fact a few minutes early, dug in the exact spot, and fixed the problem in about an hour.
