I love the fact that I can help people and I enjoy meeting people!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because as a mother, I wanted to have work/life balance. This allows me to be balanced myself and be involved in my kids and husbands lives, whilst still helping others.
Why should our clients choose you?
Im a good listener, Im patient and empathetic, and have a lot of experience around mental health issues and womens wellness. I can also provide pet therapy with my dog, Rosie. Childcare is also available for a nominal extra fee (bookings essential).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My workspace is regularly wiped down and cleaned, and I conduct my business from a home office so this reduces the amount of contact clients have with others.
