The staff at Hounds are absolutely fantastic and my Labradoodle has been so happy there- gutted that she is too big to go - we will miss going there and seeing happy humans and doggies - highly recommend this facility

My dog has been cut by the groomer here twice now, both resulting in the need for vet treatment (5 stitches the first time to his leg and now 3 staples to his neck). Slight nicks when grooming I can understand but in my opinion cuts that requires stitches/staples is unacceptable. On both occasions I was told my small dog moved and this is why he was cut. He is almost 15 years old and has been being clipped his whole life and is very good at standing still and being handled so again I do not accept this as a reason for injuring my dog. I would not recommend this business and I will not be returning. More...
