My experiences with Stefanie at Holistic Calm were so positive and satisfying. At the time of our counselling sessions together I was under strict time constraints, with several complex and dynamic pressing issues. At first contact she was super understanding and worked her schedule best she could to meet my needs. Upon meeting her at our first session I instantly knew I was in the right space, and with the right person. During our sessions together I always felt supported, guided and safe to share all that I needed to. With Stefanie's professional help I was able to find clarity in what had seemed a hopeless situation. She also helped me to develop some coping mechanisms and offered some very useful resources and insights I have continued to refer to today.
