I have recently decided to expand my practice and am new to Bark, but have years of experience in counselling and relationship therapy. I also regularly run psycho-education sessions on areas such as Communication, Healthy Conflict Resolution, Self-worth, parenting ...etc. I believe that counselling and psycho-education need to work together, in order to give long lasting results. This dual approach is the unique way that I work with my clients in order to help them gain insights and make the changes they require.

I offer both in person and online sessions, depending on my client's preferences. Sessions last for one hour.
