I have been to many therapists and I immediately felt safe with Gina. I have had many profound/positive shifts from working with her using a combination of talk therapy and parts integration which has had a profound impact on my life already and has assisted some big transitions in my life.

After years of misdiagnosed mental health struggles which left me feeling completely overwhelmed, being diagnosed with ADHD by a psychiatrist and working with Gina as my ADHD therapist has been a complete game changer. With Gina I’ve always felt like her practice is a safe space for me to open up and detangle myself, knowing that her no 1 interest is my well-being. She has a genuine passion for what she does and I couldn’t be more grateful for being on this journey with her as my therapist. More...

Gina has been incredibly helpful through a difficult time in my life. She helped me navigate the steps in a time of crisis in an easy, calm and gentle manner. She is an expert in practicing mindfulness and is very patient and thoughtful. I felt very heard by Gina, which enabled me to open up and be very honest with myself and with her. She is one of the best therapists I’ve worked with as she has great knowledge and genuinely cares for people. Thank you Gina. More...

Q&As

Connecting, guiding and holding a safe space for people to explore, heal and grow into themselves is the best job in the world. It is a privilege, an honour, and what I was always meant to do.

Many Reasons...
- I always wanted to work for myself,
- I juggle my therapy practice with being a parent,
- I am able to engage in therapy, with my clients, in a way that is in complete alignment with me and who I am.

I am a very big advocate for choosing your own therapist and I encourage you to poke around my website, visit my social channels and decide if I am the right therapist for you. The client and the client/therapist relationship are the most powerful healing elements in therapy so trust your intuition. My website has testimonials from my clients so please review them. My clients will tell you that I care about their outcomes, that they heal, and find a better way forward. They will tell you that I wholeheartedly believe and know that healing is possible.

YES - All the services I provide can be delivered face to face and online through telehealth. Supporting people with physical or psychological attendance barriers, or who live in remote places, is important to me as a therapist committed to mind health accessibility for everyone. I use ZOOM software for telehealth appointments which can be accessed via a web browser on any device.

My practice is located in a residential street in Pagewood. It is sanitised daily and clients are free to wear masks or whatever COVID protection makes them feel comfortable. If clients would like me to wear a mask, this is also an acceptable request. Alternatively any appointments can be transferred to telehealth using ZOOM at anytime, as all appointments includes a telehealth link option.
