We will discuss your requirements or brief, then do basic research on the subject, product, or service to gather as much information as possible. Before beginning, we prepare transparent costings for your approval. If approved, we do more research and start sketching or creating concepts for the job.

We then review and refine the ideas or concepts before presenting them to the client or customer for their review. Usually, one concept or layout will emerge as the favourite, but it may require some refinement; once tweaked, a final version is presented for approval. On approval, we supply the final artwork to the customer or apply it to its final form.

We work remotely so have little contact with customers, and all our staff are fully vaccinated.
