I am a customer of FirstPath Financial Group. I want to thank my broker Jason Wang, who I called to get a second opinion from after a number of issues with the service of my previous broker. Jason has showed the highest levels of product knowledge professionalism and responsiveness from the first phone call to settlement of our loan. Jason achieved the following things for me: -a lower interest rate, than I thought possible -restructure of loans to reduce my tax -offset accounts and credit cards to further lower interest. -The speed of the loan approval was amazing, it was literally within 2 business days of when I first contacted him. -Jason did not waste any time, he completed the process thoroughly, found the right product for us, and structured it in the right way. I want to thank John Germano for his great work with our finance to purchase a six-unit home in Western Australia. This was a complex purchase with many twists and turns made even more difficult by a tricky Seller. John was up to the task, and with his support and hard work, we successfully settled the purchase. If it wasn’t for John’s knowledge and industry expertise, we may not have secured the finance or managed all the difficulties the Seller threw at us.
