Selling a home is emotionally draining, for sure, but it can also be a real challenge managing all the arrangements that go with it -- painting, carpeting, landscaping and gardening, tidying and detailing -- not to mention showcasing the property with furniture and finishings. The list goes on. Then doing all this remotely when you are working interstate from the home makes it even harder. Robert took all this off our shoulders. Sydney's best I've dealt with Rob for close to 15 years, purchasing my first property from him, and having him manage the leasing and sale of both of my investment properties. This isn't usual for Rob, as he builds long-term relationships on the back of his integrity, professionalism and outstanding customer focus. In a difficult market Rob has been transparent, pro-active and above all has delivered a fantastic result which has taken much of the stress out of the selling process.
