A small group exercise session is designed for 3-4 individuals and led by a qualified fitness instructor. The instructor creates a workout plan based on the group's goals and fitness level, guiding them through exercises and providing feedback. Sessions can be held at home, outdoors, or at a gym, with the instructor bringing necessary equipment. It's a fun and social way to achieve fitness goals with personalised guidance and support from a qualified fitness instructor.
