Elena is an inspiring teacher and her yoga classes are very well organised with a purpose. Her style of teaching is interactive, steady, diverse, easily absorbed and very encouraging for individual practice in and outside class. I enjoy the fact that she includes references to the meridian system of the body in her classes, explains clearly the purpose of each asana and pays close attention to her students' needs. More...

Over the past 15 months i have gone from muscular tightness,inflexibility,lower back spasms to supple flexible movement and a totally euphoric feeling,which i have never experienced since my twenties when i played at a high level of soccer. I am now 69 and in every possible way i cannot thank Elena enough for her magical rehabilitation of my body .Working on a one to one basis she has been a delightful,extremely knowledgable,highly gifted,practicioner, of her specialised field of yoga .From tentative beginnings,Elena gently and persuasively coaxed me into achieving body dynamics and strength which i never thought was possible.She is a fabulous motivator,a wonderful,vivacious,sincere personality...a jewel...and i cannot thank her enough.I have no hesitation in giving her my unreserved recommendation......Rob Poll,Sydney More...

Since I've met Elena four years ago in a studio until now, I constantly developed my body. The skills she has taught me through the Qi Meridian Yoga classes helped me to learn how breathe properly, how to relax my mind and body, how to get rid of body pains through some specific postures and how to remain focused on what I am doing during the day.
I recommend Elena to everyone who wants to improve their fitness, health and well-being.

Elena has been my yoga trainer for about 3 years. I like that she explains why each of the asanas is good for my health and how activating of one or another of our meridians influences us. After the class I always feel more energy and lightness in my whole body. I am much more flexible and strong that before. We do pranajama as well, which is not less important than physical exercises! I was reluctant to join at first. I have a neck problem. Well I am delighted to say that Elena has worked with me to strengthen my body . . neck back.. I now have great flexibility. I am 71 and now feel great physically and mentally. Learning to breath properly has helped me with stressful situations. Thanks to Elena I am still working with aged care 4 days a week. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Elena. Elena is a great motivator. Elena also has a great personality. I always look forward to Yoga with Elena. Life is so short!
I want to enjoy each moment of my life, and to me this means doing what I want to do.
I am a happy person and  I love my life.
Teaching yoga and dance makes me even happier.
I love God.
God gave us our body to look after and it's our responsibility to Him to keep it healthy.
I really enjoy sharing all my knowledge with my students.
And when I see the smile on their face it's the biggest award for my job!
I love to make people happy.
To help my students to find their body-brain connections - is a really huge part of all my classes, (And by the way, for some medical conditions it can be of great assistance, for example  it is a good stroke therapy.)
Breathing exercises are part of meditation. I always include them in my classes.
My yoga is the Ki Meridian Yoga - and is based on the Japanese Healing system Zen Shiatsu.
It's also a diagnostic system. It helps me to detect my student's problems and create a perfect yoga plan for them.

To be independent.
I have my own online Yoga studio calls 'Elena's Yoga Club'. A search on YouTube will show some examples of my classes.
I really enjoy this job, which is more a lifestyle for me, and it is my pleasure to introduce people to a healthier and happier life.
I like to organize my life the way I want.
To be free with my choice in my life path.
