Hi, I’m Mia. Making you feel comfortable and heard is my starting point. I use tried and true evidenced-based treatments to foster recovery and to empower change. Whether you struggle with mood or coping, whether there have been events or people that have left you hurt, relationship issues, or perhaps situations that can overwhelm, I aim to provide a warm space for you to improve, build coping or recover.

More specifically, I have many years' experience helping adults with anxiety, anger, stress, depression, phobias, trauma, relationship problems, bullying, life transitions and more. Over and above the most common treatment therapies of CBT and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, I have training in EMDR - specialised treatment for trauma.

That said, I value ensuring that whatever we do in therapy, it is tailored to what works for you - meeting your circumstances and needs. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Please see below for my availability.

My fee is $200/session on weekdays and $210 on Saturdays. If you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you are rebated back $92.90.

Referrals from Bark attract a special reduction of $20/session from the above stated fees.
