Helping people and seeing growth and positive changes

Got tired of the limitations set by my supervisors and wanted to support people to ensure their needs are met.

I am affordable, knowledgeably and driven to ensure they get the outcome and goals they want.

Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you

When certain stressors and life changing situations occur. We’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles., such as:
- Anxiety (social anxiety, GAD, phobia)
- Depression
- Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, BED, EDNOS)
- Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Postnatal depression
Borderline personality disorder

…and many other mental health problems.

Addiction happens when someone compulsively engages in behaviour such as drug taking, gambling, drinking or gaming. Even when bad side effects kick in and people feel like they’re losing control, people who have addictions usually can't stop doing the thing they’re addicted to without help and support.

Our counsellors regularly support children and young people that are struggling with issues related to:
- Feeling unhappy, moody or irritable a lot of the time
- Feelings of emptiness or numbness
- Losing interest and pleasure in activities that you once enjoyed
