I’ve been training with Cory since the beginning of the year - it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done for my fitness goals. This guy is an absolute beast to train with, always mixing up our sessions to keep it fast paced and fun. Being time poor is an excuse we can all use when it comes to our health goals but the extra energy I’ve gained from these workouts has been a game changer for me. Thanks legend 🤙 More...
