Right from the quote Colm was straight forward with no fuss. I felt very confident in his abilities and that he would deliver. Communication was good. Him and his team replaced our eaves quickly and efficiently, a complex job on a 1950's house which he made look easy. Clean up was so good you would never have known we'd had work done. We used CMA Carpentry a number of times during our renovation and on the build of our new home and both times CMA has exceeded our expectations. Colm is reliable( actually shows up when he says he will) highly skilled, extremely tidy( he may have left the house cleaner than he found it!) and competitively priced. We engaged Colm to hang doors, lay solid floors, fit skirting board, fit architraves, fit our stairs and build a custom made walk in wardrobe. Colm completed all works on time and did a fantastic job. I’ve recommended him to friends and family and they have all been very impressed with his tradesmanship and attitude.
