I was a Registered Nurse before I had my family and married my husband, who was a teacher snd a martial artist.
Together we started our first Fitness Centre where I taught aerobics, circuit classes, gym and fitness programs and nutrition.
After running fitness centres for many years I developed severe knee injuries and they were swollen for 3 years. I also had tendinitis in every joint in my body for a year after all the classes and high impact workouts every week.
I was told the surgeon said there was a 20% chance they could fix my knees, and that I could never exercise again.
A Reiki book feel from the bookshelf at a local store and I knew it was the answer. After I completed Reiki Levels 1 & 2 I came home, put my hands on my knees for 20 minutes and went to bed. The next day the swelling and pain was gone after 3 years! This was the first miracle that changed the way I looked at the world.
My Husband and I started another Fitness Centre where I then taught Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Gym and Fitness programs, I also did weight management programs and managed the centre. 8 years later I completed my Hypnotherapy training but unfortunately developed breast cancer. I knew it was my soul telling me I needed to get back to being a healer as the Fitness industry was my husband’s dream, not mine.
2 years later I developed bone cancer after we had sold the gym, but I’d continued to help out, because I didn’t want to let people down, even though my soul knew it wasn’t where I was meant to be.
I had a mystical experience at a Vipassana retreat (10 hours meditation a day for 10 days and no talking) and when I came home I was able to heal the bone cancer with a combination of all the things I had learned- Reiki, Self-hypnosis, meditation, nutrition and self-care.
This is why I am so passionate about helping others/ because I know the power of the mind-body connection and energy medicine first hand.

I have used all the things I do professionally to heal myself and I’ve worked with thousands of clients to help them let go of their traumas and patterns snd heal physically, mentally, emotionally snd spiritually.
I use a holistic approach because we are not just the kind or the body, we are multidimensional beings and everything is connected.
I believe that anything can be healed and I care about each and every one of my clients.

Most of the services I do can be done remotely. We can use Skype, Messenger Video, Zoom or even FaceTime for Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Kinetic Shift and more.
We can also set up a time where I can send you healing via Distant Reiki Treatments, even as you sleep!
There are no limits other than those we place on ourselves!

During COVID I did a lot of my treatments and appointments online so clients could receive therapy from the safety abs comfort of their own homes.
For face to face therapies I take my client’s temperature, we use hand sanitiser snd I can provide masks to clients. My room is cleaned and sanitised between clients to ensure the utmost safety and cleanliness for my clients.
