I’m a Sydney-based commercial photographer who creates images for businesses (big or small), graphic designers and agencies.
My photographs are most often used for marketing, advertising, editorial and social media content, or by companies to showcase their people, infrastructure or products.

He did a phenomenal job, setting up in a restricted space, and helping everyone to feel and look comfortable.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Years of hard work refining your skills. Understanding light and how it behaves in different situations and environments, and how to control that light from a technical standpoint. Understanding composition and using it to create eye-catching images. Connecting and engaging with people.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Commercial Photography is often about devising the best way to get a fantastic outcome within given guidelines. Questions need to be asked that get to the core of the goals of the shoot. There I can understand what aspects to focus on to deliver the best looking images with the right style for the intended application.
What do you love most about your job?
Making beautiful images gives me a personal satisfaction and pride that I can't go without. I consider myself a level headed and humble person so photography gives me an avenue to showcase my own skills and share them with others so that they can be the judge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent more than 20 years honing my art at a busy studio. With that experience under my belt, operating under my own name now gives me the freedom to seek out the work I enjoy the most.
