Myself and my wife had a fantastic wedding weekend. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and made sure that the wedding went smoothly. The location is excellent, being right by the sea and the bandstand. Our sea-view executive room was lovely (big balcony overlooking the old pier) and a good buffet breakfast was included. We had a number of rooms set aside for our guests as part of the wedding package, which came in at a reasonable price. The canapés, three-course meal, and buffet for the wedding were really nice, and there were lots of options to choose from. They also happily catered for individual dietary requirements. I must comment on the breakfast! looked very small! but that is deceiving... breakfast was fabulous. always hot... and dishes always full. jasmine was a lovely waitress... and she got me my poached eggs every morning... must say chef made fantastic poached eggs... runny but not snotty... I liked the little games I the bar.. though the connect 4 was missing pieces... reception staff lovely and welcoming... I would defo be back... lovely touch with a bottle of prosecco in our room for our honeymoon away (no.children!) I do have 1 complaint though... housekeeping staff.. i didn't find them very friendly or polite... actually quite rude... there was a tea bag and a carton of milk on the floor outside our room for the most of our stay... asked for fresh towels and she never brought any... said morning and I dint even get a response. other than than fantastic! defo missing the breakfast! Delightful welcome from the young lady on reception, made me feel like I had arrived home! Prompt room service with another cherry member of staff Only nag, I seem to be close the outside generator that is very noisy

Checked in and was upgraded straight away as it was my birthday (22nd November) staff were friendly and very polite and the food was lovely only marked down as could not get the heater working and the room was cold at night as it was November.

I visited Brighton for my 21st birthday and we chose to stay here as it was highly convenient. Both my mother and Gran are disabled and the staff were wonderful with accommodating to our needs. We returned home in Staffordshire last night after a week spent in an executive room. Our 3rd visit this year! We had a few problems on first stay, however, All was rectified. We love it there home from home, the room very clean, balcony clean, new balcony furniture, good location, Staff excellent .Chris in particular on reception was very good, helped us with luggage and a problem waiting for a meal, which was going to be longer than expected. With no sandwiches available at Starbucks cafe. we contracted a bug whilst we stayed there this time , and was ready to eat something after 3 days not eating, and stayed in room. So was annoyed when chef stated 30 mins to wait for an egg and sausage bun! Just Before we checked out. when the restaurant and outside was empty at lunchtime 12.30,so could not understand why we had to wait so long. Stayed at holiday inn for 3 nights. Chris on reception is brilliant. Gave us a map and told us good places to go. We had a problem with our shower and he sorted it for us. Breakfast was a buffet. It was good for £8.75 The room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were comfy. Could have done with a chest of drawers. The wardrobe could have done with more hangers. The bathroom was tiny with no bath but that was ok for us as we would rather shower. Overall it's a decent hotel in a good location. I would definitely stay there again More...

Very nice hotel stayed here for UNISON Conference. Lovely room and staff were very obliging and polite. WIFI a bit week but it was free so can't complain too much. Housekeeping were a bit slapdash didn't service my room on two occasions had to go begging for milk at reception. Breakfast is 5* a good stay. Going home tomorrow. More...

My fiancé and I will be visiting for the bank holiday weekend next month. This will be our 3 visit in 1 year! We loved it. Lovely spacious CLEAN rooms with that little extra touch. Lovely warm welcome by their staff. The restaurant is good with a wide variety of food. The new burger bar was not finished when we last visited at Christmas so really looking forward to that. We came here a few years ago for Xmas break but wasn't impressed so when invited back by friends we were a bit dubious. But can safely say we had a brilliant time. Staff were helpful and polite and friendly. Hotel had recently been refurbished in a modern style yet still felt comfy and relaxing. Although still working on front terrace whilst we were there once complete will definitely provide extra seating esp in summer with great views. Xmas day food was of high standard and the Arundel room it was held in was excellent such a party atmosphere - couldn't fault it and breakfasts were just as good. For a reasonably priced hotel with rooms freshly decorated and extremely clean you can't go wrong. Only downside was our selfie station pics didn't load to website . Would definitely book again !
