Staying at this Resort with my husband. Whilst a little dated on the outside I still highly recommend this place to families. Large, quiet refurbished rooms that are very clean with nice decor. Three pools to choose from along with many activities to keep kids entertained.Food and cocktails are great and reasonably priced. Great family atmosphere and staff are very friendly. We loved our holiday at Colonial Club Resort. We booked a happy wife package with total 6 nights. (which included $100 dining voucher, box of chocolates and champagne). Our room was a superior room and it had its own access to the pool area . The room was spacious for all of us ( two adults and two kids) . Bathroom was nice and big also. Resort area was colourful and lush with beautiful pools and two kids pool slides which they absolutely loved. Pizzas and cocktails were amazing. The only thing I would complain about was the pillows in our room. They weren't very comfortable and the courtyard had lots of dead leaves on the ground and it looked miserable, I would recommend someone to give it a little life. It’s a great Place family friendly great relaxing environment beautiful pool i used to work there in the 90s, I left there in 1996 I was the concierge and the driver of the colonial club shuttle service, I’ll be staying there Thursday and Friday night looking forward to it.

Rooms were good We called ahead and book dinner at the restaurant to arrive and find the restaurant was closed for a private function & we were book to the cafe We went to the thirsty flamingo for a few hours to enjoy some drinks. The bar staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing and it took over half an hour to receive our cocktails. Every cocktail we brought tasted horrible & we paid $18 each for them.
