Above and beyond
Averil has been managing our properties for nearly 10 years. In this time she has always found the best suited tenants for our properties with the the houses never sitting empty for more than a few days.
Her time management is amazing, she has always responded to issues as they happen to look after properties and the tenants. She has recently organised the face lift of one of the houses, this whole process was so easy and all of the trades were amazing and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the end result and trust her recommendations without hesitation.

What do you love most about your job?
I have been in the property management industry for over 30 years. Property management is my passion. I love meeting new people and growing business relationships and providing excellent service to my clients. I love watching a client who has had poor service from a difference agency see that they can receive excellent service at a reasonable price on no compromise on service beyong their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Whilst I do not own my own rental roll, I have worked for the Boniwell Family who own Burleigh Property Sales for over 25 years. They have given me the opportunity to control the property management division whilst they concentrate on the sales side of the industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have outstanding communication skills, returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner, I am a problem solver and logical thinker. I pride myself on providing the best possible service to my clients which includes giving them sound advice on rent reviews, furture maintenance, arrears management (if needed we have a very low arrears issue) quality tenant selection. I handle all facets of property management and they will deal with me.

Absolutely, we use a cloud based program that an owner can access on line to see their statements etc. We can email them anything they require that they would like, we have an open book policy where owners are welcome to see copies of all documents in relation to their property and come along to routine inspections if they wish. We offer on line video tours of their properties free of charge for potential tenants to view their property no matter where in the world they are.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have established that tenants can afford rent and have secure jobs in secure industries using a 30% rule, which means rent can be no more than 30% of the applicants income. We have ensured the 1.5 distancing rule whilst covid was rampid. We ensure the properties are left clean to the standard they were when tenants moved in with our strict final inspections. We offer on line video tours of their properties free of charge for potential tenants to view their property no matter where in the world they are.
