Unfortunately we did not have a great experience overall with our backyard makeover. * Communication was great at the start, unfortunately however as the weeks/months went by it all but disappeared. Multiple unanswered calls/txts/emails * The wrong exposed aggregate concrete colour was installed (we were financially compensated for this) * A large selection of plants were planted that were not specified on our landscape design * Project ran way over time * Multiple issues with temporary fencing/safety. Our project included a pool. Initially not enough fencing was supplied to adequately surround the pool. When asked another section was added, however it was not installed correctly and a couple of days later the entire fence fell into the pool. When notified of this Brizscapes removed the fence completely. Because of delays we were essentially left with no safe access to our backyard (we have a 4 and a 2 year old) for 3 months * Their subcontracted plumber installed our outdoor shower incorrectly.
