Ordered two signs for our gate. Made contact and arranged a collection date. Tried all day to make sure they were ready on collection day with no contact.
Spoke on the phone on August 17th 3.28pm as per my phone records as proof. Was told yes come to collect then told in same phone call sorry they are not backed shall I drop them off to you. Sent text at 3.35pm same day with address for him to deliver. Never got delivered text owner in September and got told I had arranged to collect them on Monday 19th of August. Asked for proof of phone call as I had not spoken to him since the 3.28pm 17th. I told him I didn't appreciate being accused of a phone call that never happened. Told me I was out of line. Still wouldn't provide with proof and now told to go elsewhere with my business.
Poor business manners. Poor communication. Accusing customers of changing plans.

why embroidery? well love the tactile and the finish of the process, the way the embroidery process give you the endless opportunity to be creative
What inspired you to start your own business?
my love for sewing, grew on its own with some help from my friends and colleges encouragement after seeing what can be and what it was able to create with embroidery

either online or remotley i have been offering my services for over 5 years now and expanding my products and services and times goes by as well as creativley offering new processes to the market and my existing customers
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
well with the Covid-19 currently effecting our country we are all taking precautions an I really haven't had to change to much to my normal practices as i have offered remote and online sales and telephone contact and email correspondence to all my customers

just like screen printing but easier, no messy paint or screen, just a vinyl cutter and heat press and looks just like screen printing
any picture and colour applied to you your Apparel
t's, hat's, polo's, hoodies just to name a few
Sublimation printing
have a picture or print that you wish to put on T-shirt or hoodie then i have the answer
with this application you can have just about anything applied to your garments, even a picture of yourself !!
