Susan works hard, is diligent, extremely competent, and is always a phone call/text away if you have any questions or want her opinion.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with small business clients. I get a great amount of satisfaction from mentoring people who might not have any financial training about their business finances.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy the variety of working with different clients, and in recent times (Covid), the ability to work completely remotely has been a bonus! I have actually been working with remote clients since 2012, so I have plenty of experience in managing a remote relationship as required!
Why should our clients choose you?
I will work closely with you as your trusted advisor around the finances. I have a friendly, open, respectful and easy-going nature and want to work with clients who are similarly inclined! We will work together as a team!

Yes, if your software is cloud-based, no problem! If it isn't and you would like it to be, I can take care of that transition also. My preferred software is Xero - it's brilliant!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working remotely, meetings can be held by Skype or Zoom when required.

Bookkeeping & Accounting
I provide consulting as well as management of the day-to-day bookkeeping process, including payroll if required. My preferred software is Xero, but I am also able to work with MYOB or Quickbooks.

Preparation and submission of Quarterly BAS and/or IAS.
New Accounts Set-up
I am able to help design and set up an accounting system for a new business/start-up.
Transition to Xero
For clients working with desktop software packages that would like to transition to cloud-based (Xero), I can manage that for you. I am very experienced and efficient in getting the data moved across to a new system.
