I had such a wonderful experience with Cathy and Andrew from the Australian Hiring Company! They were in contact with me, my venue and my caterer at all times which made the planning process 1000x easier as I wasn't having to go back and forth between everyone. They were very quick to respond and were more than happy to add or remove furniture that I had forgotten the week of the wedding. I also loved that they send me 3D views of layouts in the marquee which made seating charts much easier. 10/10 I would use again! More...

To the entire team at Australian Hiring Company and in particular, Andrew. We could never put into words how appreciative we were to have you play such a key role in our big day. It was not only the quality of the items that were hired including furniture, lighting, heaters and so on; it was the level of professionalism that Andrew provided. Using his experience, he was able to assist us in the layout and best options for our guests given the current uncertainties around COVID. If that wasn’t already enough, when other suppliers involved in other activities for our wedding ‘dropped the ball’. It was Andrew who was the first on the phone to us to advise us, and, using his network, kept us up to date with everything that was happening even though it was not his responsibility nor was Australian Hiring Company going to benefit from this. It was simply Andrew wanting to do the right thing for us to ensure our day went as we had hoped. He was there very briefly at the start of the night (dressed to blend in and not draw attention to himself) to ensure that everything was working as it should, lighting, sound system, and so on. Whilst we were disappointed not to get to thank him on the night, the following morning he was there disassembling and preparing for the next event. His and the team at Australian Hiring Company’s work ethic is exceptional and could not be questioned. To anyone planning their big day, so much of the day and how it runs is based on the quality of the people and suppliers you have around you.
