Before coming to see Alya after a really traumatic birth experience of a 10 weeks early preterm baby followed by a spinal injury from the birth, I was a mess. I was trailing different medications to try to function and stop the panic attacks which i was having all day long i was suffering ptsd. Within our first 2 sessions I was able to stop the medication as the panic attacks had eased up. I was able to start to enjoy life again thanks to Alya, and even though I’m still dealing with some ongoing issues with my spine that are quite bad whilst I’m healing Alja continues to give me the strength to see the light at the end of the tunnel and realise it will be ok.
