So far I have had 6 sessions with Belinda. I initially felt embarrassed about needing help, Belinda made me feel comfortable and safe. In my first 3 sessions I was extremely emotional, lost and uncertain. After 6 sessions I feel brave and my anxiety has dropped significantly, my mind is clearer and making decisions is becoming easier, it is like the fog is gradually lifting. I was unsure about this process, but I allowed myself to go with the flow of the session. It sometimes didn't seem like anything had happened during the session but I certainly saw results afterwards, situations become easier to deal with and my reactions became more about my own journey and less about others. It has been such a relief for me to find someone so caring, understanding and open.
