How long have you been in business?
3 years of owing own business. 15 years in the industry.
What sets us apart is our diverse management team, with backgrounds in financial planning, nursing, social work, direct support, and lived experience. This unique mix helps us offer thoughtful, well-rounded services tailored to each individual.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
For some services but clients and participants will need to provides PPE for regular services.
What do you love most about your job?
99% of everything we do, but the filing.
We love to support clients emotionally, socially and believe it is important to access the community, to retain or gain independence, and improving day-to-day life. Love running the KIN programs - social group /respite activities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Help people in the community.

Our team includes people from all kinds of backgrounds—sports coaching, nursing, dance, social work, and more—bringing a wide range of skills to the table. We believe that meaningful connection and rapport are key to effective, long-term support.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff undergo compulsory comprehensive training, employed a clinical nurse to be available for staff training and clients. Provide a 24 hour service.

Social Activities and Programs
KIN Club is a (NDIS) funded service, and as the name suggests, has a focus on forming and building connections with others. KIN Club has been designed to assist participants, by providing the opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.
KIN Club delivers a multitude of programs and activities that have been tailored to respond innovatively to participants needs and preferences. The KIN Club is about laying foundations and allowing participants to engage in life skills for now and into their future.
Support and Home
We provide high-quality home care to support older Australians live comfortably & independently. Our services are available through private pay arrangements or government-funded Aged Care Packages (HCP), tailored to meet individual needs.
Our dedicated and highly trained staff offer a wide range of support, including:
✔ Domestic Assistance – Cleaning, laundry, and home care.
✔ Companionship & Socialisation – Someone to talk to, share a meal with, and stay connected.
✔ Personal Care – Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
✔ Transportation – Assistance with appointments, shopping, family gatherings and social outings.
✔ Flexible Respite Care – Giving families peace of mind with short-term and overnight relief.
✔ Nursing Care – Skilled care, including wound management, BGL monitoring, and diabetic support.
