I have been receiving coaching from Marie-Claire for the past six months, and I can honestly say it has been life-changing.

Marie-Claire teaches you how to build trust by example. From the first moment we spoke on the phone, Marie-Claire had my trust. She listened to me carefully, understood my struggles, and came up with a plan to help me overcome the challenges. During our sessions, she showed me no judgement. I always felt comfortable to open up to her about my experience and my thoughts.
Marie-Claire takes notes. Having a sense of continuation in each session was highly important to me. Marie-Claire took notes and looked well after them. These notes not only allowed us to follow up our previous conversations but also helped us move forward, so we could get the best out of each session and didn't have the need to repeat ourselves over and over again. This has shown me that she cares about each of her clients tremendously.
Marie-Claire is practical. Having worked with some other professional coaches previously, what frustrated me the most was that even though I could understand the concepts/theories, I didn't know how to translate them into actions in my job. Marie-Claire didn't just show me charts/diagrams, she also taught me applicable techniques that I could try and practise on a daily basis. Overtime, I realised that I stopped reacting to the same issue the same way, and I could handle tough conversations better than before.
It's a continuous process to becoming a better communicator. Marie-Claire has taught me that it's all possible for me, if I try. What do you love most about your job?
I love providing with new tools to enhance how they build trust and connection. I get all excited when people open up to new learning and share their experiences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been self-employed since 2001. I started Trustologie in 2016 because I saw a need for leaders to learn more about trust, in order to create thriving workplaces. I love learning and creating models that make it easier for people to understand quite complicated concepts.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not right for everyone. I am all about building trust, so if that doesn't interest people, then I'm not a good fit. I also provide tools and assistance which means I require people who are willing to be accountable, admit they have made mistakes and be keen to improve.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Transitioned my speaking and facilitation business to Zoom meetings, still using lots of interaction, to make things engaging.
Coaching
Using my trust building processes, I coach both current and emerging leaders with techniques to build trust amongst stakeholders and direct reports.
Facilitation
To help leaders create high achievement teams, I facilitate workshops using my FAST TRUST: How to Lead Accountable and Connected teams program.
Speaking
To shift mindsets and provide new leadership insights, I speak at internal conferences around the globe.
