Words can’t express the gratitude my family and I feel for the incredible care and compassion shown by Tribute Funerals during the passing of our beautiful mother, Stella Vella. From the moment we reached out, they treated Mum with the utmost dignity and respect, and treated us like family. Every detail from the way they gently guided us through the arrangements, to the tenderness they showed when preparing Mum for her final farewell was done with such love and understanding. Losing Mum has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to face, but the warmth and empathy shown by the Tribute team brought great comfort to our hearts. From the beginning to the end, Martin’s display of patience, compassion, empathy and understanding really helped us. He was very thorough in his work and his communication with us was amazing. He is definitely a man of his word, going above and beyond his call of service for his clients. The price he charged was more than fair and we could not believe how transparent he was throughout the whole process. Allowing us the private use of the chapel really helped bring my daughter’s family and friends together which was so important to our healing. Highly Recommended; Excellent level of service. We entrusted Tribute to handle my father’s recent funeral. They were very professional, well organised and caring. Everything was done to a high level and very reasonably priced. I recently contacted Tribute funerals to assist with my brothers funeral. Hillary answered the phone and I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew my family were in good hands. Hillary was the first and only person that spoke about my brother with care and empathy and the kind of respect anyone who has recently passed deserves. Her care towards my brothers funeral and us organising it and my family was exceptional. I was totally ripped off by this funeral service. They provided very little at the simple graveside burial. Music as requested was faulty. I paid a ridiculous fee for the service. Despite requesting a discount for promised services that were not provided. No chairs no annex it was totally basic. The coffin wasn’t even lowered during the brief service. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Tribute Funeral Services for my father’s funeral. Their lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. Firstly, the coffin was not properly secured in the hearse, which was both disrespectful and unsettling for our family. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Secondly, they completely mishandled the order of the service, necessitating a complete redo. This caused further emotional distress and prolonged our grief. Additionally, they muddled the order of the procession, leading to confusion. This disorganization detracted from the solemnity and dignity of the occasion.
