Offering people solutions that are easy to implement can really enhance a business and I can see how my services assist busy business owners and managers.

After spending 20 years in a variety of HR roles and teaching HR in a number of settings, I saw that not every business had or needed a full time HR Professional but often needed an experienced person to call on when needed.

I am passionate about what I do.
I offer a no fuss approach and dont get bogged down in proposals and reports, I just get on with what needs to be done.
I am down to earth and like a good laugh :)

Yes this is the way of the new post COVID world! With teleconferencing you don't need to be in the same room to get the job done.

Following the state specific guidelines including more teleconferencing when needed.
