What do you love most about your job?
Offering people solutions that are easy to implement can really enhance a business and I can see how my services assist busy business owners and managers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending 20 years in a variety of HR roles and teaching HR in a number of settings, I saw that not every business had or needed a full time HR Professional but often needed an experienced person to call on when needed.
