It was a chance phone call that I answered from Christine which I would normally brush off, but turns out it was a classic case of right timing and me recently recognising the need for book keeping and accounts support.

I am now a customer of Retinue.

I tip my hat to the staff I have dealt with so far, Christine, Marty , Connor and Sam . You have been reassuring and superb to deal with. I must admit I do not think I was easy to work with , missing an initial scheduled meeting, which probably reflects why I need Retinue help. But it was Christine and Marty who where understanding and conciliatory which facilitated us to continue to move forward. A few further incidents of nerves and doubts at my end where once again aided with timely information and allowances for my dithering. Thank you for this Christine and Marty.

Connor's onboarding support was great , he is down to earth , understanding about an oversight I had, responded to queries and made things flow. Enjoyed our chat when it happened.

Met with Sam today in a video conference call , like his style and thoughts on customer engagement. I also feel for him too as he has to sort out my good intentions and my less savvy accounting principles application. Knows his stuff and is again, reassuring like the rest of the team.

I know now, the serendipity in taking that call and being helped in an area where my business needs it, to free me and my mind up is a god send. As God knows, my books need and deserved the attention they get and I would have been a goose to not have taken Retinue on. More...
