Our Story: Born from Personal Experience
At Quad Care, we know firsthand what it feels like to have strangers providing care in your home. For many years, our family received support from various service providers, but we had no say in who those support workers were. We didn’t even know their names until they walked through our door — often to perform deeply personal tasks like showering a loved one or cooking meals in our kitchen.
We recognised that this experience wasn’t unique to us. Many NDIS clients across South East Queensland were experiencing the same thing, feeling like they had no choice or control over the people providing their care. We decided it was time to change that.
Why should our clients choose you?
Putting Choice and Control Back in Your Hands
At Quad Care, we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and comfortable in their own home. That’s why we’re committed to providing NDIS clients with real choice and control over who supports them.
We carefully match clients with support workers who align with their needs, preferences, and personalities. Building meaningful connections between clients and disability support staff is at the core of everything we do.
Our team members are trained to value your privacy, respect your space, and provide care with compassion and professionalism. We go beyond simply offering support — we build relationships based on trust and understanding.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have an extensive Covid-19 policy in place. It applies to all staff and meets relevant legislation, regulations and Standards as set out in Schedule 1, Legislative References.
