I started working with Cliff Benns from Purpose Driven Business Coaching some months after the Covid shut down ended. We are a well-established building business with 20 years of experience and like many other builders we were struggling financially and had no clear path out of the difficulties that we were experiencing.

Cliff understood the financial health of our business after a quick assessment and helped us implement the crucial initial processes we need to save it.

He gave us the guidance that we needed to work our way out of the hole we were in. The changes that we have made and the results are amazing. Within 12 months we have controlled our debt, we are generating net profit and have positive cash flow forecasts well into the next financial year. We are also set to double our turnover and quadruple bottom line profit this coming year, as well as split part of the company away to create a new standalone brand and business.

We now have a good understanding of what is needed on the accounting and reporting side of the business, as well as processes for pricing and scheduling.
