I work at a museum in Adelaide, and in December 2024 we ordered the Click Rail Pro White Primer with Fastener Kit, Frame Hangers, and Solid Sliders. A friend an I originally started training at Shredded with Chris I in preparation for a Hyrox doubles. Chris put us through our paces in the upcoming months to the Hyrox. Great Gym. . The PT's are great and all the staff make you feel really welcome. There is a good mix of age and gender with everyone seeming to have the same goal - no posing just hard work and results. This gym has the latest equipment which is updated regularly. The coaches are graded on ability so you will be able to choose who is best for you. I have a coach I train with 3 days a week. He updates my program about 3 monthly. I am retired so cannot lift what I did as a young man, therefore I chose a coach that understands that and while pushing me he knows my limits. I came across Hypoxi after birth of my second daughter and having gone down the same path with my first, I was geared up for months of hard work to get my pre-baby body back. I even came to terms that I will be buying “next size up bikinis” for my Mexican holiday! However, this turned out to not be the case! After 4 weeks of Hypoxi 2-3 times a week I had lost over a stone and was back to my original size! It was literally as if the fat was melting away and with each session I felt slimmer and lighter! I have been using Hypoxi therapy on and off for a number of years, primarily for health & wellness. The systems are based on the cupping principle so completely natural yet incredibly powerful: targeting circulation, lymphatic drainage, water retention and any bloating. Shredded Health & Performance is truly an outstanding facility! Myself, my family members, and even members from my own studio all train here, and we absolutely love it. The team is incredibly supportive and genuinely works with you to help achieve your goals. It’s probably weird that I think of the ‘Cheers’ theme song when I want to describe Shredded, because instead of barstools and beers, there are weights and protein shakes. The rails arrived very safely and the 3m ones are now installed. The 2m one will be installed later in the house once we have finished renovating. I've been training at Shredded since 2019 and honestly it's easily streets ahead from gym's I've been to in the past. The gym set up is great and welcomes a variety of different aspects of gym training. A big shout out to the coaches, I've always been provided top tier programs with plenty of information on what we are trying to achieve with the types of programs provided. The coaches care about their clients and I think my results and others I know in the gym, this really shows. I think the additions of saunas, ice baths, the new recovery zone has tied the gym all into one health facility and its such an easy experience for keeping in shape whilst life is busy. we have got sick of having to drill new holes every time we want to change over a picture. after looking at several other systems we tried hang logic and liked the ease of installing and using, it enables us to rotate art easily and simply so have ordered more to put in most rooms, would highly recommend if you are hanging art

I have trained in something all my life whether it be sports, gave Step class a crack (not my jam), FIFO Offshore gyms with weight training, Crossfit and even powerlifting with the best in QLD. It’s all been a huge part of my life. But then life also gets in the way, divorce, single mum, new husband who then was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away and the dreaded perimenopause. It’s been a wild ride. I joined Shredded in Nov 2023 after moving from QLD and met Shane, Chris and Kelly immediately. I stepped into my first skin folds assessment and nearly died. How did I get to this point? Poor Chris dealing with me on my first workout! It was a train wreck. Cut to today - I have surpassed even my own expectations with the full support of Kelly and Chris and all the team at Shredded. I can’t begin to tell people how much I have changed. My weight, my mindset, my bodyfat down a huge amount, clothes sizing down and my strength has returned and is only getting better. Do I achieve 100% compliance? No way but I have learned that consistency is key. It has been a tough journey with tears and setbacks for sure but now I have found focus for a new sport – Hyrox. I still must battle with my brain that this is my new life, but the best part is I have stopped all medication other than my supplements and healthy eating plans. I have started to run again, I can lift again, I can move again, I can keep up with the fit people. Words do not describe what this Shredded family has done for me. What Chris has achieved training me and the conversations we have I just can’t thank him enough. He’s tough and brutal with feedback but I need that, couldn’t do it without it or him to be honest. If you are ready for change, ready to take the plunge, all I can say is do it. I have bought friends into the fold, and we are all part of the greater community that is Shredded. More...
